グレイスハウス　代表交代のご案内   (English below)

日頃からグレイスハウスをご活用くださり心から感謝申し上げます！

2005年にグレイスハウスのビジョンが与えられたときには「なんとしてもこれを立ちあげ、地域の宣教のお役に立ちたい」という思いと同時に「これは本当に神の御心なのか」という不安も一杯でした。分からないことばかりで暗中模索の中、皆様のお祈りやご協力により、2013年にグレイスハウスをスタートすることができました。この5年間に世界中のクリスチャン、宣教チームや団体、本当にたくさんの方にグレイスハウスを用いていただき、キリストの体の一部としていただいたことを感謝しています。我が子を想う母のように、これまでグレイスハウスでお会いしたお一人お一人が愛おしく感じられてなりません。今はどうしておられるだろうか、お元気だろうかと祈らずにはいられません。

そのままずっとグレイスハウスの母として歩み続けるだろうと思っていましたが、主は思わぬ方向に私を導かれました。昨年11月に所属教会がエルサレムで祈りの家を立ち上げ、私自身もエルサレムに滞在することが増えました。み言葉からの導きも与えられ、今年秋からヘブライ大学に入り、まずは1年間学生としてエルサレムに滞在することにいたしました。グレイスハウス代表の働きも継続しようと模索しましたが、結論として10月1日をもって代表を退くこととしました。これまで代表といいつつ至らないことも多くありましたが、このような私を寛容に受け入れご指導、ご支援下さり本当にありがとうございました。

これまで副代表として実務に携わってきた石橋憲さんが代表を引き継いでくださることとなりました。柴垣勇太さん、山田風音さんも引き続きスタッフとしてグレイスハウスを運営してくださいます。また、その他にも各ハウスのオーナー様をはじめとしてたくさんの方が色々な方法でグレイスハウスに関わり、支えてくださっています。代表交代に伴い運営の形態等に変化があるかもしれませんが、聖書の言葉を土台する運営方針に変わりはありません。スタッフ一同この働きを通してより一層地域教会に貢献したいと願っています。新代表を引き受けてくださる石橋さんを始め、新体制の上に皆さまのお祈り、ご支援、またご指導をよろしくお願い申し上げます。

Thank you for your love and concerns for Grace House.

When I got the prophetic vision about Grace House in 2005, I was overwhelmed and filled with fear. God led me to launch, Grace House in 2013 with sincere prayer and practical support of various people. Countless Christians have stayed at Grace House over the lalst five years. I can remember the face of each of those people and can’t stop praying for them.

God has recently led me into an unexpected direction. While I wanted to stay here as the house mother of Grace House, in Jerusalem, my church opened a prayer house in last November. God moved my heart through His scripture, so I have finally decided to move there and stay for several years as a manager of that prayer house. Therefore, I will be stepping aside as the president of Grace House. I really appreciate your prayer support and advice.

Ken Ishibashi, who is the vice president now, will take my responsibility as the new president of Grace House. Yuta Shibagaki and Kazune Yamada will keep working for Grace House. Also many people around us are very willing to help them out. They have a passion to serve the local churches and worldwide body of Christ. Please pray for them and support them, especially for Ken who will bear great responsibility and ongoing challenges.
